Burntisland Holiday Home Details

The Space

This is a 3 bedroom house, with beds for 5 people.  One room contains a double room, a second contains bunk beds and the third bedroom contains a single bed. All bedrooms are on the first floor, alongside a wetroom.  All rooms provide storage for clothing.

On the bottom floor is a living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen and conservatory/sitting room.  The kitchen contains an oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, hobs as well as some necessities for your stay.

We are lucky to have beautiful views out of the front and back of the house.  The front of the house has views of the River Forth whilst the back has views of The Binn hill.

There is space for 2 cars on the driveway at the front of the house and there is private garden area to the rear. The back door and garden are divided by a communal path for the bins to pass and for rear access to the houses on either side of us.

We are in a 1960s terrace with elderly neighbours and so please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum – absolutely no parties, large gatherings or dogs.

We have a short-term let licence granted by the local Council - Fife Council (FI-02440-F) We take safety seriously and follow the council's guidance carefully.
